This policy applies to all products and services sold at The Parts Store. Please review before purchase.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Parts Store. Due to the nature of certain products we sell, specific restrictions apply.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All electrical components
  • All batteries
  • Any items that have been installed or used
  • Special order or custom parts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • All Traxxas® brand products (all sales are final)

In-Store Purchases Only

  • We do not offer shipping or delivery. All purchases are made in-store.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To request a return on eligible items, please contact us at 260-636-7278 with your receipt and reason for return. Approved returns must be brought back to the store.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and make a new purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of purchase. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at the time of purchase prior to completion of the transaction. Once a transaction is completed, it is subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
